Added 1 tsp of Ascorbic acid to the Vanilla Mead this afternoon. Didn't plan to, but I was stealing a sample & the carboy slipped. I caught it before it landed, but it did get shook up quite a bit. Just a precaution due to the inadvertent oxidation...
